Brittany Haacke

Executive Director

Brittany has over 15 years of experience in assisted living at home health industries, and has a palliative care license from Brigham Young University. One of her favorite parts of her job is the relationships that she gets to build with residents and their families. She enjoys the diversity and personalities of the staff, and thrives on the positive impact she has on the residents’ lives.


Hope Jenkinson

Community Relations Director

Hope grew up in Brandon, Florida and Salt Lake Valley, Utah. Her past experience includes working in the skilled nursing industry as Director of Admissions and Community Liaison, as well as the hospitality industry for eight years. "I have a love for seniors and helping people enjoy life to the fullest at any age! In my free time, I like to do outdoor activities such as hiking and camping with my two daughters." Hope also enjoys yoga and learning about natural healing within food and essential oils. When asked to describe herself using only one word she used 'spirited'. "I look forward to getting to know everyone at Chateau Brickyard and in the surrounding community," said Hope.


Gigi Gazani

Activities Director

Gigi was born in Peru but moved to the US at age 17. She learned English in about a year and is now attending Salt Lake Community College, where she is on the honor roll and working on her nursing degree. Gigi is a sister of five brothers and mother to her son, Aiden.

What do people say about Gigi? That she has a great personality and is very talented. Her favorite pastime includes dancing and spending time with her family.


Nick Mitchell

Building Services Director
Nick grew up in Illinois and joined the Navy out of high school, serving for 5 years. Nick has ample experience in home construction, residential electrical construction, apartment maintenance, and senior living. He spent over 2 years at another Blue Harbor Senior Living facility in the Salt Lake area before coming to Chateau Brickyard. Nick, his wife and two sons moved to Salt Lake in 2014. "I likes to make a difference in seniors lives by taking care of tasks both large and small," stated Nick.

Senior Living Options

Chateau Brickyard offers different senior living options to cater to our residents’ unique needs and preferences. Our Independent Living option is specifically designed for seniors who want to maintain a degree of independence but need assistance with basic chores and tasks, such as laundry and home maintenance. We also offer a Short-Term option with daily rates for seniors who are considering moving to our community or for family members who want to visit their loved ones.
